Lot Standards

• Park and store only in your assigned space – Do not block drive aisles, fire lanes, or other tenants.
   
• Be respectful – Treat fellow drivers, tenants, staff, and property with courtesy and professionalism.
   
• Drive safely – Maintain low speeds and stay alert for pedestrians and vehicles.
   

• No littering or dumping – Keep the lot clean. Use designated trash receptacles only.
   
• No disposal of fluids, oil, or chemicals – Violators are subject to fines and cleanup charges.
   
• No hazardous materials – Storage or transport of explosive, flammable, or restricted materials is prohibited.

• No mechanic work or on-site repairs – This includes engine work, welding, or body repair.
   
• No tire service on site, except emergency replacement of steer tires.
   
• No oil changes or fluid replacement – Any evidence of spills will be treated as a violation.
   

• No illegal activity of any kind – This includes stolen vehicles, unregistered trailers, or any criminal conduct.
   
• Keep fire lanes and emergency exits clear – Obstruction may result in towing at your expense.
   
• Follow posted signage and staff instructions – For your safety and the safety of others.

• Your gate access is for you only – Do not share access codes or allow unauthorized users into the lot.
   
• Notify management of any suspicious activity – We take security seriously.
