TruckCo Storage was founded to address the growing demand for secure, flexible, and professionally managed industrial outdoor storage in Central Florida. Our 26-acre facility on State Road 60 in Mulberry, FL is being developed as a modern IOS (Industrial Outdoor Storage) campus that serves the region’s expanding construction, logistics, and industrial sectors.
We believe that contractors, fleet operators, and businesses deserve storage facilities that are purpose-built for their operational needs — not repurposed parking lots or overcrowded self-storage units. TruckCo Storage is designed from the ground up with wide driveways, heavy-duty surfaces, comprehensive security, and the flexibility to accommodate everything from a single work truck to a multi-acre contractor compound.
