What We’re Building

TruckCo Storage is developing a professional-grade semi-truck parking facility on our 26-acre site at 3999 SR 60, Mulberry, FL. Once FDOT entry improvements are completed and permitted, we will offer secure truck parking with the following planned features:

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly parking plans
  • Wide aisles designed for semi-truck maneuverability
  • Clearly marked, oversized parking bays
  • Safe ingress and egress engineered to FDOT standards
  • 24/7 gated access with controlled entry
  • HD security cameras and perimeter fencing
  • LED site lighting for safe nighttime operations
  • Personal vehicle parking for OTR drivers

Why SR-60 in Mulberry?

Our location on State Road 60 sits at a critical junction in Central Florida’s freight corridor. With proximity to the I-4 interchange, SR-37, and Polk County’s industrial and agricultural sectors, TruckCo Storage will provide a much-needed secure parking option for OTR drivers on reset or layover, day cab drivers needing overnight parking, fleets requiring staging and overflow capacity, and brokers needing same-day drop lot access.
