Site Rules and Operational Policies

The following rules are in place to ensure the security, safety, and operational efficiency of the yard for all tenants and carriers. Your lease agreement contains the full legal terms.

Access and Security

• Access Hours: The facility gate is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7).
• Gate Codes: Each authorized user must use their personal access code for entry and exit. Codes must not be shared.
• Speed Limit: All vehicles must adhere to the 5 MPH speed limit within the yard.

Parking and Staging

• Designated Parking: All vehicles and trailers must be parked entirely within their assigned, marked space.
• Prohibited Activity: No unauthorized maintenance, repair work, or washing of vehicles is permitted on the premises.
• Waste: All tenants are responsible for removing all trash and debris from their space.

Towing and Violations

Any vehicle or equipment found in violation of these policies (e.g., blocking access, occupying an unauthorized space) is subject to immediate towing at the owner’s sole expense. Management reserves the right to terminate leases for repeat violations.
